Regarding the experience the CxA must have,

The CxA must have two previous experiences being the CxA of two similar projects or being just part of the Cx process is enough?

What kind of proofs are required of the past Cx experiences of the CxA?

Daniel, I'm not aware that GBCI ever asks for proof or documentation of the past experience.  The credit language states that the CxA is involved in the Cx process, but doesn't stipulate that they are the principal CxA.

Right Tristan, when you submit the form, you are (per the LEED standards) confirming that you indeed have the experience required to comply with the requirements of the pre-requisite. I have not heard of a reviewer challenging this yet, but they always could ask for some sort of proof.
