How do we achieve this credit based only on TI scope of work? If the core & shell building does not pursue acoustic performance compliance, how do we deal with core restroom or mechanical room adjacencies? Do we exclude them because they were not part of our scope? Do we have to configure our space so that no conference room for example is adjacent to a core restroom or mechanical room? Or do we have to retro fit them somehow? Or increase the acoustic requirements on our side of the wall?

It's quite possible that you can't achieve it with your CI scope of work. There doesn't appear to be a lot of flexibility in the credit for differing scopes.
