Additional Credit Rules

Is it important to know the entire calculation for the O+M Exam? Also, I'm reading the other comments and finding that there are rules about this credit not listed on this site. For example, the survey needs to have a minimum of a 30% response rate and if there are 100 or less occupants 100% need to be surveyed. Is there anywhere I can find this and other important information about these credits? (For free would be great)

Logan, the LEED Reference Guide is something you should have as a reference if you are studying for the exam. It's not free, no :(The info you are quoting isn't totally accurate but that's where it's coming from, originally.A paid exam prep course should also cover everything you need to know to pass. You can pass based on free resources, but you'll be missing a lot of info, like the questions you're asking.
