Is it important to know the entire calculation for the O+M Exam?
Also, I'm reading the other comments and finding that there are rules about this credit not listed on this site. For example, the survey needs to have a minimum of a 30% response rate and if there are 100 or less occupants 100% need to be surveyed. Is there anywhere I can find this and other important information about these credits? (For free would be great)

Do motorcycles qualify as an alternative means of transportation? What about scooters?
Does the survey need to adhere to SCAQMD Rule 2202 procedures, like in LEED 2009?
What if we already participate in a local transportation survey? Can we use those results?
Do we have to collect home zip code data in our survey?
My building has fewer than 100 occupants. What should my sample size be?

Logan, the LEED Reference Guide is something you should have as a reference if you are studying for the exam. It's not free, no :(
The info you are quoting isn't totally accurate but that's where it's coming from, originally.
A paid exam prep course should also cover everything you need to know to pass.
You can pass based on free resources, but you'll be missing a lot of info, like the questions you're asking.
