How many EV charging stations are required to be provided to achieve this credit? The base building will be providing the infrastructure to add these as the demand increases, but they will install as many as are required at time of building opening to get this credit. How many should they upgrade?

I would follow the LEED-NC ratios for the whole building, or for the space as long as they are allocated for that space.

Did you successfully obtain a point for charging stations under the "Other Quantifiable Performance" for installing charging stations?
