If Ihave a project that is going into a brand new development where the tenant space simply has open stud exterior walls and storefront and no slab or ceilings (only exposed podium concrete deck)... can I get 2 points for maintaining existing (since I technically didn't discard anything existing)... One of the intents is to "reduce waste" and I had none... Just curious.
Yes, I don't see why not. It seems to fit the credit intent, and the requirements are technically met.
