EBOM-2009 EAc2.1:Existing Building Commissioning—Investigation and Analysis

first commissioning cycle

OK, so.....if I haven't done any updates to the building in the 24 months prior to application for EBOM, then it's impossible to get EAc2.3, no matter how much the company might invest immediately AFTER application, is that right?

It is likely that only projects pursuing EACredit 2.1, Option 1 will be eligible to achieve EAc2.3. EAc2.3 does not add commissioning work to EAc2.1 but rather emphasizes timing and integration of commissioning into the facility's standard procedures. Building updates are not a requirement to achieve either EAc2.1 or EAc2.3.
