If you have several sites within the Campus Master Site whereby the projects are to be constructed at the same time and the project sites are contiguous, is there any way to not have a separate ESC for each site? Thereby having 1 ESC surrounding all of the sites to allow the contractor to move freely between sites and minimize entry points.
