My questions for the Building Appearance section do not include point scale.

For example; "If you are aware of any cleanliness issues in the building, please identify where the issues are located within the building (see map)." "Please specify the type of cleanliness issue." "What are your suggestions for improving these issues?"

If a participant didn't respond, is it fair to say that they are satisfied with the building appearance?
