Phreatic level non potable water source

Hello. Does anybody knows if phreatic level non potable water account properly as a source of non potable water? (to get the 100% non-potable water) thank you very much!

Josep, I have the same question. Furthermore, in our case, the local authority understand that the water source is nonpotable because the region is a industrial zone. Anyone knows wheter we can consider this as an alternative source of water? Thanks!

I think that if we're simply speaking about a nonpotable water well, then the LEED Reference Guide clearly says this is not an acceptable way to comply with this credit.
