I have the same question. Furthermore, in our case, the local authority understand that the water source is nonpotable because the region is a industrial zone.
Anyone knows wheter we can consider this as an alternative source of water?

I think that if we're simply speaking about a nonpotable water well, then the LEED Reference Guide clearly says this is not an acceptable way to comply with this credit.
