Option 2 states: "Meet the requirements for Option 1. AND Path1 OR Path2" Now I have a doubt. If I go for either of Path 1 or Path 2, I am using zero potable water for irrigation(Except for Path 2 which allows temporary irrigation for 1 year). So in both the paths, option1 is surpassed implicitly because option 1 says "to reduce POTABLE water consumption for irrigation by 50%", so is it required in Option 2 to say "Meet the requirements of Option1" ? OR does "Meet the requirements of Option 1" refers to temporary irrigation in Path2 which means that I have to reduce potable water usage in the temporary system also? HELP.
