CIR for process condition that allows exclusion of space?

Hi, For a building that has a specific requirements for manufacturing areas to be at temperature/humidity setpoints that fall outside of ASHRAE 55-2004 is there a CIR that anyone else has found that allows you to identify and exclude certain areas for IEQc7.1, yet still achieve this credit?

Keith, there are no published LEED Interpretations for this credit. I don't know how other projects have handled this. Any other input? Or have you managed this somehow since posting?
