LEED Assessor & VOC Certification at the same Institution

Hi there: I work at an institution member of the USGBC that offers several services among LEED certification.Some of this services include assesing projects in order to provide guidance through LEED certification process. Another service offered is VOC Testing and VOC Analysis to comply with LEED and other certifications in the building industry. Is it possible to upload some documentation that indicates low VOC Content for a particular project, if the certification and testing laboratory that signs the low VOC documentation depends directly on the LEED assesor institution?
