Do you know when they stopped offering a refund of fees for projects that achieved platinum?

Jennifer, I'm not sure. The practice started in 2006 so it may have stopped a while ago.... I'm curious why you ask?

I have a client who received LEED Platinum recently and said that he thought they were supposed to receive their fees back. I told him I was pretty sure that program had been suspended, but I wanted to make sure that was accurate, just in case.

I would email or call GBCI to ask them, but I think it's been quite a while.

Hi Jason, I contacted GBCI about the Platinum certification fee refunds for one of my projects and they told me this program was discontinued December 31, 2009.
