Any LEED 2009 projects registered in LEED Online will have the credits automatically applied. You don't have to do anything!Where the credits have different thresholds, you only have to hit the lowest threshold. I discussed details and listed the credits in this LEEDuser post.

Tristan, Thanks a lot for the quick response. Just to make sure I am getting it right. For example, before these new regional international bonus points my project would normally get 3 points for EA C1 for 12% energy cost savings under Core &Shell scheme. With this new RP bonus point for international projects, it will now get 4 points (3+1)? If my project is not getting any points under EA C1 (not hitting the lowest threshold), then it does not get any RP international bonus point under EA C1 either. Thanks again for the clarification!
