I am curious if others have an opinion on this, but it seems to me that if the site work is being done at the same time and basically within the scope of work of the LEED-NC construction, then it should be included in SSp1 documentation.The prerequisite is not hard to achieve and documentation should be easy to complete, whether it's by the landlord or a member of your team. See our guidance and samples above on how to do this.
