I would enter it for the biggest space, or the space that is most relevant in determining its rate.

Pablo - The 62MZ calculator downloadable from LEED Online lets you account for all the different spaces served by a single AHU. You build up the total OA requirement from the OA required for each of the different space classifications served by that AHU.
