Alice, I wrote about this topic in Environmental Building News a couple of years ago, in "Cradle to Cradle Recognized in LEED."C2C was approved, but you are right to be suspicious about the claim from Centria. The threshold (which seems very unlikely to be met) is for 2.5% of the materials budget to be C2C-certified.I recall that this "administrative CIR" was to be temporary, while under review by the MR-TAG, and not having heard more about it, I'm not sure if it's still in effect for v2009 or for earlier projects.
