What will the minimum OA be if hood exhaust hood is present

We have a culinary school, the minimum OA per 62.1 is only 10k cfm, but the fume hood exhaust can go above 100k cfm.

Multiple identical RTUs combined with plenum ducts serve a whole building. How can I prepare 62.1 MZcal? Can I add up cfm of all RTUs and assume it like one system using one sheet?

The credit language states that projects in Urban areas achieving SSc2 can contribute with green roof/pedestrian oriented hardscape. Are projects in Suburban areas achieving SSc2 allowed to do so?

For a warehouse, can I deduct the permanently fixed high racking coverage area from the gross floor area, and focus my 75% daylight coverage on the aisles and landing spaces only? I say yes.
