Hi, We are currently working on an existing building under major renovation, pursing a LEED certification following NC protocol v.2009.

Should an aerobics classroom area be considered as a multi-occupant area under IEQc6.2? It is not really an area were you do presentations or training but exercising classes.

I'm currently completing the form for the above prerequisite to achieve the credit for EA Credit Optimize Energy Performance under Case 2, Option 2.
