"Material Value" in LEED credit calculation

Hi every one, I have a general question regards definition of " Material Value" .ie, my structure steel value in the manufacture is 200K and the cost I paid to my sub after fabrication ...

Hi everybody, The project is a garment factory. We are modeling a 100% outdoor air IEC system for the proposed case. And the system 8 (VAV with PFP Boxes) is modeled in the baseline case.

Good morning, We have a wood stair (wooden steps covered with another wood species) that is manufactured by the millwork contractor. The scale is a custom made design.
