Can a project exclude dedicated visitor and handicap parking spots for purposes of calculating total provided capacity?

Under strategy A.1: Easy-to-grip lever door handes: can you confirm if this is in reference to the entry hardware, or all subsequent doors at the interior? Does it also include shower stall doors?

In the project we working on, there is a water cooled electrically operated chilling package.

On the summary sheet in the last column  "n/a" data appears even if the Voz values are filled in the other sheets. We can't find the solution.  Could somebody help me?
