Standard VOC limits chart

on page 483 table 1 is a Standard VOC limits chart. the last date on this is 7/1/08 yet this is LEED for Schools 2009. Is it correct to assume that this chart has not been updated since 2008?

I would like to know if this credit form can be populated in the local currency instead of dollars. This inquiry would affect credits MRc4, MRc5, MRc6 and MRc7.
