My project is on a Campus that has used a District Heating and Cooling System and has achieved LEED ID credit in the past. They want me to use this as an ID credit for our CI project.

This is directly from the preliminary review report: 1. Bull Moose Tubing has been reported with a recycled content of 62.5% post-consumer and 37.5% pre-consumer.

In the proposed design an AHU is connected to a lot of zones. In that AHU there is a preheat coil. I have to model the baseline model as system 4 PSZ-HP.

We saw the CI Fees table and, since it caused so much impression about having a such small CI Retail and paying the same that a 50000sf project... we just want to make sure that this is it...

Hello all, is it true that "Whenever credit is taken for demand control ventilation in the Proposed Case, the outside air ventilation rates for the Baseline Case must be modeled using minimum ASHRA

I’m modeling a building that is connected to a district CHP system that produces heat and electricity. No cooling system, neither in the building nor in the CHP system, is available.
