SSc4.3 & SSc4.4: Rounding to the 5% requirement

LED-lights always more efficient? Why not include them?

I am pursuing this credit for a CI project as an ID credit. I am wondering, in order to comply with the overall value of 90 pg Hg/(lm*h), I need to include all my LED lamps.

Our LEED-Schools 2009 project is close to Preliminary Design Submittal. One issue which is still under consideration is the renewable energy system.
