Definition of densely occupied spaces

The definition of densely occupied spaces is “spaces with a design occupant density of 25 people or more per 1000 sf”. A conference room for example is a room that would have to have CO2 monitors.

I am also having trouble with this form. I have checked my data, made sure all the zero's are in place I even went as far as deleting all my work and starting over. Anyone have any suggestions?
