Interesting question. If this were only about selecting a LEED rating system, I would say that it falls under LEED for New Construction, not LEED for Homes, due to the lack of kitchen facilities...

Hypothetically, suppose you will have 800 employees who print/fax/copy anywhere between 100-125 pages each, every month. You also have 3 copy rooms... That's a total of 80,000-100,000 copies/...
