Returned wooden pallets

We have receipts for 238 wooden pallets which were returned. I am trying to decipher if these can be considered diverted material as the alternative here is to take them to the landfill....

USGBC raised the bar, but then lowered it again? The bottom line is that LEED v4 is an unworkable standard for most building owners and facility managers, significantly raising costs for LEED...
