Our project is located on a heavily dense area and in one of the major streets. There is two bus stops that are within the .25 radius, but both bus stops are served by the same rutes.

Does GBCI now require sole use of USGBC's calculator for MRc3-7? Or is it allowing use of 3rd-party calculators such as from LEEDuser or GCs?

Mechanical room covered by greenroof

By definition the mechanical room will be excluded from roof calculations. However, we are considering covering a mechanical room with a greenroof in order to apply for this credit.

Hi!! Do parquing areas for bicycles also be excluded from "Total gross square footage"? When in PIFORM 2 LEED asks "Number of stories below grade, excluding parking:", in our case we have a floor
