As indicated in my previous comments on LEEDuser, the 'USGBC Approved Program' is the big dealbreaker for me.

I accidentally posted this in the Certified Wood section...If I take the default 45% of contract price for divisions 3-10 just in the concrete and steel my totals are 80% plus for recycled content
