LEED HC v3 versus LEED HC v4

I'm wondering with all the discussions on LEED v4 materials credits if it wouldn't be better to use v4 and not v3 for Healthcare for projects on the boards.

Hello, I am with a hotel project that will have 80 odd guest villas. Most will be between 90 M2 (968 sq ft) and 130 M2 (1400 sq ft) in size.

We are designing a 4 story building where the owner will occupy 3-1/2 floors of the building and another tenant will at some point occupy the remaining portion.

I am using IES VE to model hotel type rooms that each have a separate bathroom. The bathrooms do not have any heating equipment, cooling equipment or thermostats in them.

Review comments have asked us to include circulation space in our VRP calculator. However, the corridors in the building will not be served by direct air supply.
