We're working on a Fire Station with 10 FTE's and 6 showers (60%). Since the requirement for SSc4.2 is only 0.5%, our solution seems like it would be considered exemplary.

the LEED NC reference manual doesnt actually seem to have directions anywhere on how to arrive at FTE. It makes reference to it as if its just innate human knowledge we are born with.
