Compliance for single story building

Pilot-Credits EQpc78:Design for active occupants

The title of the pilot credit implies occupant activeness in general, but the credit focuses significantly on staircases as the means of activity.

The credit language states: particle board, MDF, wheatboard, door cores, and laminating adhesive used for assemblies. We have a reconstituted teak veneer that will go on wood panels and doors.

We are working on an office project. The typical floor will be a completely open space, with workstations and meeting spaces (not enclosed). This will not be a densely occupied space.

In the designed AHU a cooling coil operates also in order to control the humidity ratio.

The Standard Preliminary Review is complete and the building has received 57 points. My question is- Can we submit for additional points not included in the initial submission?

Our project is mixed with some building 4 stories plus and some 3 stories and less. I have two questions. 1. For the 3 stories and less buildings (Group 2) is there a pathway to achieve 1 point?

Our project cover 135000 Sq.ft factory we get MEP design from MEP Consultant through Contractor. We appoint green building consultant as a CxA .(is it correct).
