Hello, I am working on a project in SE Asia. As with many resorts in SE Asia the lobby is sheltered but open to the exterior of the building.

The definition of preferred parking refers "designated spaces close to the building (...), designated covered spaces (...)".

I am working on a v2009 LEED project and am the currently the LEED AP on the project for our IDc2 credit. I originally had a LEED AP & a LEED BD+C, however my BD+C has expired.

Hello, Our project is connected to a utility steam network with a declining block utility rate, so as the building uses more steam the rate decreases.
