I have a project building pursuing certification that is located on a campus.

Is there a flag exemption for government builds, as far as it pertains to light pollution? I havent been able to find a definitive answer.

Has anybody been successful in meeting the exterior lighting requirements by using an automatic shutoff control, at say 10PM? I assume this alone is not acceptable.
