Outdoor Water Use Reduction Credit Does option 2 means, if reduction ranges from 50% to 100%, then, at least 30% need to be achieved only through plant and irrigation system efficiency.

Transients, visitors and peak visitors

The LEED manual states that transients = visitors. The credit requirements are percentages based on peak visitors. Appendix 2 in the manual gives defaults on transients (visitors).

Dear All, We are working in a project, in which the whole site was previously developed and paved. All new green areas will be vegetated roofs (project achieves a density of 1.5 floor-area ratio).

In FAQs for IEQc4.2 I found an information that the actual weather barrier does not need to comply with the credit. I understand that we can treat EPMD Membrane as weather barrier.

Hello The USGBC approved Data template for Building Energy Metering is locked/protected. It only has 2 meter tabs. My project has 60+ different meters to input.
