Soil Restauration in vegetated roof

Dear All, We are working in a project, in which the whole site was previously developed and paved. All new green areas will be vegetated roofs (project achieves a density of 1.5 floor-area ratio). Does the green roof soil need to comply with the restored soils requirements for organic matter, compaction, and infiltration rates? Thank you!

Ana, if you need to use area on the vegetated roof to meet the credit requirements, then I would say you do. I don't know what other standard would logically apply.
