Energy Model DHW peak flow vs WEp1 peak flow

When claiming DHW savings due to low flow fixtures, i use the calculator in Table 1.4 to come up with my peak baseline and proposed DHW flows, which it says should use data from WEp1.

Our company manufactures Ornamental Fence using recycled steel. Does this product fit into any "Environmentally Preferred Product" category ? Does our product add LEED points in ANY category ?

Our reviewer has asked for noise control levels to be set by a maximum db level. Does anyone know if there is a specific limit for this?

I assume that waters are not required at each tenant level. Would one water meter for the building suffice the min requirements ?
