ND-v2009 GIBc2:Building energy efficiency

(HERS) index score of at least 75

for a residential LEED ND project seeking LEED ND Plan certification only, the Homes that are required to achieve at least 75 HERS index. is providing a RESNET HERS model enough , or should the homes be confirmed on-site as well (conducting on-site confirmed rating)? what if the homes are not built yet?

Mugahid, modeling is enough, no onsite confirmation is necessary. By the way, your question was submitted under ND v2009, but you mention seeking ND Plan which is v4. Eliot
