NC-2009 MPR6:Must commit to sharing whole-building energy and water usage data

Water meters to each tenant area.

I assume that waters are not required at each tenant level. Would one water meter for the building suffice the min requirements ?

Yep, a single meter that measures whole-building water use would meet the requirement.
