2 buildings = 100% = 5 points?

We are looking at doing 2 multi-family low-rise buildings. Each building would be LEED for Homes certified - so 100% of the floor area would be certified over 69 units.

If there is not an exterior Work on envelope but there is a core MEP alteration ,could a project be certified as a NC LEED Project (or C&S)?

Hi Project is after final Design & Construction Review. GBCI denied few credits and we have 25 business days to appeal the results of the Final Review.

Recycling estimates from similar projects

Since this is a C&S project, we need estimates for expected volume of recycling. Can you provide any guidance on where to find case studies or historical data or similar buildings?

Exception c requires that lab spaces use a system 5 or 7 in the same way that exception d does, but exception c does not prescribe any specific turn down during unoccupied periods.

Windows in our historic building project have been removed, refurbished, glass upgraded to double-pane, low-e, etc. Can we use frames under MR c1 Building Reuse and MR c5 Regional Materials?
