Completely agree with your assessment, Nadav! Also, at this time, I think promoting v4 should be prioritized over the promotion of the LDP.

Great job of summarizing the situation and wonderful ideas Nadav. My take is that the primary rationale for the delay is due to international uptake of LEED.
