Has anyone achieved this credit in the Uk? And do the REC/contract to be in place at the time of handover to the client? The building will not be occupied straight away.

In NC-Retail 2009, for SSc4.2, the number of secure bike racks / storage spaces is based on "project square footage". Is this building SF?
