Basic question; when calculating the building's gross square footage, should I include stairwells, elevator shafts, mechanical shafts, or double-height spaces?

Has anyone found a physicians stool and chair that meets the requirements of Option 2?

Which of the library occupants have to do the survey, the employees, the transient visitors or both?

Our Core and Shell project is a multi-tenant business building with a parking garage (underground) and is part of a campus area with some more buildings and parking areas.

We are doing a project where we are renovating the whole interior of an existing building but we are not renovating the exterior portion of the building.
