p. 171 of LEED Commercial Interiors: “For the baseline HVAC model (no modifications to the central plant), change only those items within the project area to the mandatory and prescriptive requirements of the standard”.
I don’t understand what “change” means in this case. Changing with respect to the design model? But if I consider figure 11.3.2 and table 11.3.2A, the HVAC system of the baseline model can be very different from the HVAC system of the design model !?
