LEEDuser has gotten word that USGBC has extende the third public comment period for LEED 2012 to March 27th. So, keep on commenting!

This credit is worth 2 points. According to the draft, you get 2 points for having two or more subsystems submetered, however if you only have one subsystem submetered, you get 0 points.

Retrocommissioning Investigation and Analysis

According to the draft, it appears that the commissioning investigation credit now requires both a Level II Audit and commissioning, as opposed to one or the other like the previous version.

Based on the way this credit appears in the draft, you get one point for having the 10 feet of matting, and then an additional point if you have either 1) MERV-13 filtration in place, 2) Carbon Dio
