LEED NC - Tenant Commissioning

CS-2009 EAp1:Fundamental Commissioning of Building Energy Systems

Our base building will be fully commissioning, but the small first floor tenant fit out is not in the scope of the project, beyond providing base building systems.

Has anyone completed the credit template in LOv3 recently? The form no longer refers to "upgrades" per the LEEDuser calculator or the Reference Guide Calculations.

I also agree the HTA index was extremely user friendly. Our LEED for Homes project was easily able to use this credit as we are located in Washington, D.C. and centrally located near jobs.

Walk-off at Loading Docks?
