Has anyone completed the credit template in LOv3 recently? The form no longer refers to "upgrades" per the LEEDuser calculator or the Reference Guide Calculations.

I also agree the HTA index was extremely user friendly. Our LEED for Homes project was easily able to use this credit as we are located in Washington, D.C. and centrally located near jobs.

We have a 5 story non-residential building (located on a campus), with a mechanical penthouse (with roof) above.

Do you have to be a personal member of USGBC to download and comment or does your company just have to be a national member?
