LEED boundary changes permitted?

we will be preparing our ND project for Stage 2 certification in the course of the next few months and we have the LEED boundary pretty much staked out.

In our project a absorption chiller will be used to cover part of the cooling load. The chiller will run on lithium bromide / water solution.
