Does anyone know what documentation we provide to prove that .5% of the FTE of a project have access to the showers in a nearby health club facility? Signed statement on letterhead?

Can the mandatory requirement of swimming pool cover be exempted if an air-souce heat pump is used for pool heating? The pool is heated to 30 ºC, is the pool cover mandatory in this case.?

Hi to all of you, as per Standard 62.1-2007, in Section 5.9, one of the minimum requirements for mechanically ventilated spaces, a MERV 6 filter shall be provided upstream of all cooling coils.

This does sound like one project, and in past CIRs and reviews the GBCI has indicated project teams have some latitude to define the LEED site boundary as best fits the situation.
